El personal presta poca atención, y cuando les pides algo, se comportan como si fuera una molestia, ambos, tomar la orden y servirla tardan mucho. El problema que tuvimos, fue por que, fuimos a celebrar un cumpleaños, así que, como leímos en la carta que ofrecían un pastel entero, lo pedimos. Para empezar nos dijeron que no había fresas, así que pedimos uno de trufa, y pues con la sorpresa de que, en vez de un pastel entero, nos llevaron un Frankenstein con pedazos de varios pasteles. Cuando reclamamos, primero nos dijeron que no, que solo se había deformado un poco al cortarlo. Aún así, pedimos el cambio, y nos llevaron un pastel congelado y el cuchillo para partirlo nosotros. No recomiendo pedir el pastel entero. The new food menu is fine, although the portions are very small. The staff pay little attention, and when you ask them for something, they act like it's a nuisance, both taking the order and serving it takes a long time. The problem we had was because we went to celebrate a birthday, so, as we read in the letter that they offered a whole cake, we asked for it. To begin with, they told us that there were no strawberries, so we asked for a truffle one, and then with the surprise that, instead of a whole cake, they brought us a Frankenstein with pieces of various cakes. When we complained, they first told us no, it was only slightly deformed when cut. Still, we asked for change, and they brought us a frozen cake and the knife to split ourselves. I don't recommend ordering the whole cake.

Y al servir los tacos, los cambian por dorados de pollo... Solicito me los cambien y tardaron 25 minutos para traerlos. A las personas de la mesa de a un lado les sirvieron igual. O sea que no solo fue un error. Deberían revisar con su personal que realmente sirvan lo que ofrecen, por aquello de la publicidad engañosa. In the menu they offered me roast beef accompanied by golden cheese tacos, potatoes, roasted nopal and cheese. And when serving the tacos, they change them for chicken dorados... I request they change them and it took 25 minutes to bring them. The people at the next table were served the same. So it wasn't just a mistake. They should check with their staff that they really serve what they offer, because of the misleading advertising.

A	Alessandra Vaca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I like about the restaurant is the food, I love the Swiss enchiladas, they are delicious, I recommend that dish, what I like to drink is a lemon foot milkshake, it is just as rich as the dish above that I mentioned. I really highly recommend it, for its food and drinks. I think it would improve if there is a little more service (waiters in general) and maybe more decoration, such as flowers or plants. The truth is everything is very cool. Whenever I go to the Vips as my favorite dish, the Swiss enchiladas and lemon pie shake and when there is that drink, orange juice even sometimes has no sugar, but it still tastes better without sugar. But in my opinion I recommend you go there and ask for that, and if you haven't really tried it, try it, you will like it a lot.
