★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vips is not the best option, anywhere, I believe now. Went there because it was one of the few places open early in the morning, and because being a tourist, I went for the "safety" of the "known" brand. I recomend looking for other options. Ask the locals, and don't do as I did.
