★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I, went yesterday to vips Portal San Angel, it's a good place to have dinner and talk, good attitude and attention of the waitress, very bright place, the only thing that I didn't like was the bathroom, it has only 1 toilet and 2 urinals, very small bathroom. When we paid, the waitress brought the credit card machine to our table, so, we didn't have to stand in line for pay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from staffs, the food was also great I liked it, but it is not the best VIPS I have been, it could have better illumination it was midday when I had lunch here, but it felt like it was already sunset, in general pretty dark the restaurant (including bathrooms) they should really work on that.
