Vips Reynosa - 88560 Reynosa

I will not be returning to the place. It needs to be remodeled soon! The tables are uneven and old. The AC was not working in part of the restaurant. Most important the food is not great. I wouldn't recommend. They're a little expensive for the kind of food they serve.

Always a classic place for family breakfast

I had a nice experience at this restaurant, the waitresses were very attentive and caring, totally recommend. Give four stars because prices were a kinda high.

I have marked this as a must visit because service has always been good and the food great. On My last visit though, the food was definitely under the quality that has been the seal of the place and the service was far from good. They "replaced" a side of potatoes (they were out) with cactus, except cactus was already a side of my dish. I hope next time it will be better.

I love this place for their breakfast is awesome. The service is great. I go quite a lot for early morning breakfast. Only thing that I recommend to the VIP Corporate Office is for you to do total remodeling of this VIP restaurant located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, México. The central air and heating system needs maintenance or replacement with a new unit.

This place is like a Denny's and lubys met and had a kid in Mexico. Left him there but he became highly successful And holds no grudges. Instead he is just better than both his parents. And is a super chill dude.

I usually don’t leave a bad review but I hope this is useful for someone. Expect to spend more than what you would think, but also expect the food to be average and nothing else. Service is good but not worth it $$$.

I like Vips as they're innovative on menus, promotions and I like about that lately, however don't forget about the small details that you guys have been famous for long time ago. Don't use commercial tortillas (Tía Rosa) for a great breakfast, that only ruins it. Not asking for homemade but a decent flavor brand. What I like about Vips is that is constantly evolving, there's this great idea of the coffee bottle they leave on your table so you can do your own refills and it lasts for 4-5 cups and that hot small croissant ? for the morning coffee is soo great and the bread taste delicious. Another suggestion and is one of the reasons I don't give you guys 5 stars is that the same as the small bread, would be good if you mention something about that is not a courtesy, is going to be charged, because first time customers don't know about it And on a recent visit. As we were one of the first customers, I felt like the coffee was like mixed a bit of the yesterday with the one of the day that is not good for us the people who go to VIPS for the coffee And last thing that is not related to the service but a promotion tied to some food chain restaurants is that the Wow program is not working for the Reynosa location In general terms, Vips is a restaurant I still prefer among others. I have always be treated with manners and courtesy. The server and the waitresses all professional.
