Pancakes were served with marmalade and honey. No maple syrup. Eggs were ok. Have had better food at other VIPs.

The service by Isreal was wonderful! I don't speak Spanish and he spoke English fluently and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The food is good and plentiful and i had an enjoyable time, both times that i visited!

Vips is a classic restaurant in Mexico, they offer different types of food. They have good breakfast and also for lunch they have specials every day and they even have specials for dinner, so they have variety in the food during the day. This Vips in uptown is good but many times you order something and they say, I'm sorry, we run out of this, and this...etc, they always are missing something. A recommendation is that the manager or the purchasing department calculate better the raw materials they will need for every day or week based on the demand. This way that will always have what the clients want. Also sometimes the restaurant is almost empty and even that, the waiters are distracted, they don't put attention to the only tables they have, they are all grouped together chating instead of paying attention to their tables. Hope they can change this, because the menu is good, just more customer service. I'm attaching some pictures of a traditional Enchiladas suizas and enchiladas de Mole, which were very good.

VIPs uptown: great sopa de tortilla, felt right at home, long time waiting for it, they didn’t even bring out the complementary bread and butter until I asked for it (como 5 veces tho). Cheers
