★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly disappointed with it is a real shame as Vips is usually very good. We waited almost 35minutes after ordering, my in laws pozole was cold and had to be sent back. My burger was ok but really not up to scratch. The cheesecake was still frozen when served. All in all a very bad meal out. I give it 2 stars instead of one because of every other Vips has been great.
To top it all off, we waited 20 minutes at the till just to pay!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is okay, and the taste of it was kinda bland or simple for others. The combos here come with a drink but no free refills. They have water on the table for 30 pesos but i thought they were free. No napkins on the table. They staff is very nice and attentive though. The interior design is well done and the place looks nice. Also the potatos are disgusting?
