Es una capilla sin celebración contínua, no tiene un párroco asignado, pero su calendario de celebración está perfectamente definido, la construcción y decoración son austeras, lo más destacable son sus vitrales.
Es uno de los imperdibles en Tulancingo, aunque el barrio tiene su toque de peligro.
