★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal el servicio es bueno, A MI me ha funcionado, si quieres recuperar tu número ellos te ayudan, la verdad no tengo muchas cosas malas que decir he estado en CANCUN, HIDALGO y mucho más tiempo en la ciudad de méxico y no tengo tanto problema
VENTAJAS QUE HE TENIDO:
- Recepcion de linea telefonica (calle, casa, trabajo): Casi siempre 2 o 3 rayitas de 4 disponibles.
- Datos: Me ha funcionado la mayoria en señal (LTE)
- Planes: Recargo en la Web y para MI cumplen cada plan lo que prometen, he probado varios planes y me funcionan con lo que tiene cada uno.
- Recepción Regular en estaciones de metro SUBTERRANEAS( por lo menos para mandar Whats no me ha fallado)
DESVENTAJAS QUE HE TENIDO:
SOLO UNA:
- En alguna ocasión por ENERO 2021 realice muchos minutos a llamadas de otros celulares como 700 -1000 minutos yo creo (segun ellos llamadas ilimitadas), esto en mi plan de un mes, al intentar hacer otra llamada resulto que por politicas no te puedes pasar de ciertos minutos, sino lo toman como abuso del servicio y cancelan el número,
Al siguientes día regrese y la solución era cambiar mi número a otra compañia (Portabilidad) y volver a hacer portabilidada con ellos o Cambiar de ´Número. XD.
SI TIENEN DUDAS PREGUNTENME XD
Personally, the service is good, it has worked for me, if you want to recover your number they will help you, the truth is I don't have many bad things to say I have been in CANCUN, HIDALGO and much more time in Mexico city and I don't have so much trouble
ADVANTAGES THAT I HAVE HAD:
- Telephone line reception (street, home, work): Almost always 2 or 3 lines of 4 available.
- Data: Most of the signal has worked for me (LTE)
- Plans: I charge on the Web and for ME each plan fulfills what they promise, I have tried several plans and they work for me with what each one has.
- Regular reception at SUBTERRANEAS metro stations (at least to send Whats not failed me)
DISADVANTAGES THAT I HAVE HAD:
JUST ONE:
- On some occasion in JANUARY 2021 I made many minutes to calls from other cell phones like 700 -1000 minutes I think (according to them unlimited calls), this in my one-month plan, when trying to make another call it turned out that due to policies you cannot pass of certain minutes, but they take it as abuse of the service and cancel the number,
The next day I returned and the solution was to change my number to another company (Portability) and do portabilidada with them again or Change ´Number. XD.
