Me robaron mi teléfono y marque para que me lo bloquearan y poder recuperar mi número y el ladrón paso mi número a telcel. Telcel me pide un comprobante cosa que no pueden hacer los rock agent, he estado vueltas y vueltas, llamadas, correos, chat y nada. Me encantaba su compañía pero si no puedo recuperar mi número mejor me pasó a otra compañía. Gracias por todo virgin
I was 6 years in his company and I loved it. But their processes for getting my number back are lousy. My phone was stolen and I called to have it blocked so that I could recover my number and the thief passed my number to telcel. Telcel asks me for a voucher, something that rock agents cannot do, I have been round and round, calls, emails, chat and nothing. I loved his company but if I can't get my number back, it was better for me to switch to another company. Thanks for everything virgin
