★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Acudí con cita previamente agendada, anunciando que era la primera vez que acudía, llegue 10 minutos antes. Me tomaron los signos vitales me hicieron esperar. Despues de 1hora me dice la asistente del Dr. Cabral que no podían darme la consulta, porque estaba agendada como cita subsecuente y no alcanzaba el tiempo para la consulta. Ya que el el doctor se encontraba muy ocupado en sus redes sociales que por supuesto tenía agendadas, Que era culpa de las recepcionistas. Considero una verdadera falta de respeto que jueguen con el tiempo de las personas.

After 1 hour, Dr. Cabral's assistant tells me that they could not give me the consultation, because it was scheduled as a subsequent appointment and there was not enough time for the consultation. Since the doctor was very busy on his social networks that of course he had scheduled, which was the fault of the receptionists. I consider it a real lack of respect that they play with people's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dr. que está tratando a mi mamá es un excelente médico lo recomiendo, pero estoy totalmente inconforme con la organización para dar citas, y comprendo que en esto nada tienen que ver los médicos sino las asistentes o el personal encargado de agendar, pues según manejan un programa de citas, que ellos mismos no respetan. En mi caso nos citaron a la 1:30 y nos atendieron 1 hora después, la primera vez nos informaron que el dr. tenía un retraso de 40 minutos en sus consultas y como era la primera visita que hacíamos pues decidimos dar oportunidad y nos quedamos.
Pero la Segunda visita mismo horario 1:30 y misma situación nos atendieron 1 hora después, lo que ya me parece una falta de organización, dan las consultas encimadas y con muy poco tiempo entre consulta y consulta, lo que se me hace poco profesional y una falta de respeto a los tiempos de las personas. Es algo que podrían mejorar pues tienen buenos médicos.
