Tienen más de 150 propiedades en la Ciudad de México, así que puedes elegir entre una oferta muy variada de departamentos con todos los servicios en distintas colonias de Cdmx. Muy buenos precios para estancias largas de más de un mes.
 Excellent service, all the staff are incredible, from the moment you book until the end of your stay. They have more than 150 properties in Mexico City, so you can choose from a very varied offer of apartments with all services in different neighborhoods of Cdmx. Very good prices for long stays of more than a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los aptos son bonitos y cómodos pero si el vecino hace ruido dicen en la vigilancia que no pueden hacer nada porque son propietarios y se pagan precios muy altos
The apartments are nice and comfortable but if the neighbor makes noise they say in surveillance that they can't do anything because they are owners and they pay very high prices

If you have the chance, ask to work with Leslie. She is by far the nicest, most attentive, and friendly Property Manager!

My 400€ Bose headphones were stolen from the apartment. While the door was locked. Nobody was in there but the cleaning ladies. The communication was less then helpful and it took the people of virtual hotels more than 2h to come by the apartment and provide help. I called like 50 times nobody answered. The headphones are still missing and nobody knows anything or saw anything. Downstairs is a security and everybody has to register with ID, strange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a Virtual Homes apartment through VRBO advertised as wheelchair accessible. It was not wheelchair accessible. When I contacted them to request a partial refund they simply ignored my request until the window to leave a VRBO review had closed, so now future renters will be unaware of this misrepresentation.
