Cuando Levante varios reportes nunca me dieron una respuesta. Son pésimas las líneas telefónicas nunca contestan y si pides que te pasen a un supervisor no te lo pasan y te cuelgan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa la cual se dedica a estafar al tendero atravez de esta aplicación, a mi me vendieron un equipo en pagos con el softwere incluido, con el tiempo el equipo de más de 4000 pesos, quedó obsoleto, ya que te extorsionan, diciendo que o pagas una renta, o dejas de ser parte de virtual Markel, con lo cual si no pagas te quitan el softwere dejándote con un equipo que no sirve, además de que en los depósitos se desentiende de los pagos de servicios, en pocas palabras es un robo esta aplicacion,
Te roban tu información y la venden. Tengan cuidado.
