No he tenido casi ningun inconveniente, solo una vez en una graduación en el que las micas no ajustaban bien y puso 3 diferentes hasta que me quedaron perfectas, no desembolse dinero extra, a lo cuál me quedo claro que la satisfacción del cliente es primordial. Al momento de la valoración siempre hace incapie en si es correcto que uses nueva graduación o no, si cambies armazones o no. No te vende por vender, su objetivo como optometrista es que veas lo mejor posible con un diagnóstico firme y apoyado con oftalmólogos de su confianza.
No duden en ir, para mi es la mejor tienda en Morelia y lo digo porque he usado lentes desde los 12 años y he visitado varios establecimientos. No voy más a otros a menos que él me lo recomiende.
