Tienen mi enganche desde hace 5 meses, nos dijeron una fecha compromiso de entrega en 3 meses desde que hicimos la compra y no se cumplió, en contrato dice que pueden tener 2 meses de atraso plazo que está por expirar en 2 días y no se comunican entre ellos, al insistir nos dicen que van más atrasados y no podrán cumplir con la fecha de entrega que dice el contrato, mientras ellos usan el enganche y uno pierde ese rendimiento.
No lo recomiendo
Actualización: Ya tienen incumplimiento de contrato y no solucionan nada ni al ir ni en el teléfono que proporcionaron por este medio, muy decepcionada de GP Vivienda, no lo recomiendo

They have had my down payment for 5 months, they told us a delivery commitment date in 3 months since we made the purchase and it was not fulfilled, in the contract it says that they may be 2 months late, a term that is about to expire in 2 days and they do not communicate among them, by insisting they tell us that they are further behind and will not be able to meet the delivery date stated in the contract, while they use the down payment and one loses that performance.
I do not recommend it
Update: They already have a breach of contract and they do not solve anything neither when they go nor on the phone that they provided by this means, very disappointed in GP Vivienda, I do not recommend it
