★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para solicitar información ya que anteriormente había solicitado sus servicios, la que me atendió fue muy cortante ( a lo mejor estaba enojada ) solo le pregunté sobre cómo estaba el proceso para tramitar la visa y los tiempos de espera debido a la pandemia me dijo que tenía que pagar el derecho a visa e ir a las oficinas para cualquier duda. O no me quiso decir o no supo escuchar.
