★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con todo respeto son muy cerrados, fui porque me quería casar y solo por preguntar del código de barras que aparece en la parte superior derecha y que hay que validar con el código QR decían que tenía que renovar mi acta cuando no pasa de los 30 días que la renové y para tramites en otras dependencias de gobierno son muy importantes el código QR Y EL CÓDIGO DE BARRAS estos dos son los candados que tienen las actas de nacimiento y que garantizan que es la persona, y la única que me da las dos opciones es la que baje por Internet con un costo de 57 pesos y que tampoco según ellos es válida por que no es en papel de seguridad.
