★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente vía telefónica, simplemente nunca contestan, si se quiere reportar alguna falla, no hay manera, jamás contestan!! Definitivamente voy a cambiar este servicio porque es pésimo!!!
Terrible customer service over the phone, they simply never answer, if you want to report a fault, there is no way, they never answer! I will definitely change this service because it is lousy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantes fallas de la señal, retiraron de la barra de deportes los canales de Foxsports, les solicitas la reposición de los canales que retiraron y te ignoran, les pides mejorar su servicio y te solicitan que hagas tu petición por escrito, procedes a llenar el formato que te proporcionan y ni siquiera tienen la cortesía de atender tu solicitud en fin un pésimo servicio, además de ser objeto del mal trato de la recepcionista por estás y otras razones cancelé el contrato con esta empresa, afortunadamente hoy contamos el la zona de Tláhuac con otras opciones de televisión de cable con un compromiso de buen servicio,
Vission Cable esta en decadencia por su *pésimo servicio*, definitivamente les recomiendo no contratar los servicios de esta negligente pseudo empresa de cable.

No lo recomiendo para nada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio rápido ,atención de las cajeras muy bien, en cuanto al cambio de señal fue bueno aunq los decodificadores no reciben todos los canales así q una opción q me dieron era llevar mi decodificador y q ahí algún técnico lo de programa y listo
Fast service, very good attention from the cashiers, as for the change of signal it was good even though the decoders do not receive all the channels so one option they gave me was to take my decoder and have a technician program it there and that's it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, son totalmente incapaces de resolver los problemas que presenta su empresa, se tardan años en tan siquiera atender las llamadas, el personal es de lo más inepto, lento y grosero.
Llevó más de 2 días sin el servicio de T. V y lo único que me dicen es que tengo que esperar un mes para que un técnico venga a revisar el servicio, pero eso si hay que seguir cubriendo una mensualidad por un servicio que no me dan.
A todos les recomiendo NO CONTRATAR CON ELLOS y a quienes presenten fallas, acudan directamente a profeco con una queja para que mínimo les devuelvan su dinero ?
Terrible service, they are totally incapable of solving the problems that their company presents, it takes ages to even answer calls, the staff is most inept, slow and rude.
It took more than 2 days without the TV service and the only thing they tell me is that I have to wait a month for a technician to come and check the service, but that is if you have to continue paying a monthly fee for a service that I don't give.
I recommend to everyone NOT TO CONTRACT WITH THEM and to those who present faults, go directly to Propheco with a complaint so that at least they return their money ?
