The place was too small and the shower splashed all the water on the floor it's so dangerous because the floor was so slippery and my daughter slipped out.

Good rooms. Wifi Internet is available, however not strong enough. Good location. Nice city views at night

Terrible Internet connection. Kind personnel in front desk but too long for check in. Good natural breakfast but not the best table distribution. Clean room with iron and safety box.

Great buffet breakfast that was slightly different on both days. Both days had meat stew, bread, eggs, beans, tortillas, coffee, OJ, assorted pastries, fruits (watermelon, papaya, melons, pineapple), yogurt. Today had broccoli as well. Bathroom was a bit moldy around the window sill and had no ventilation. Privacy sign on door was ignored.

This is 2 star hotel, people smoke inside the rooms and smell cigarette, the area is super noisy and it’s impossible to sleep at night with a window open and the rooms have no air conditioning. The towels are really old and hard and beds are not comfortable. The location and the breakfast are really good!

Really nice hotel! Quaint, clean but not necessarily quiet as IT is located just off av. Madero. Close to the historic sites and reasonably priced. The rooms are a bit on the small side and the renovations make for some awkwardness moving around the room especially with more than one person! No AC but there are ceiling fans and screens on the windows. Simple breakfast buffet included.

Service when we first arrived was ok, but then you ask them for towels cuz they only give 2, and we are 4 ppl. They gave us a look and attitude at the front desk. They give you a remote for show, cuz it doesn't work for the TV. My brother went to ask them about it and they said the remote is useless doesn't work, so if we want to change channels they told us to do it manually.. ? They we're rude to my brother and we've only been here a few hours. Windows don't work, no AC, it's so hot and humid in the room, bathroom shower spills over from the shower curtain being so short, you have water every where, no step towels or wash cloths given. Window in the bathroom doesn't work. The WiFi doesn't work, noisy at heck but either you deal with the noise or you deal with the heat. Either one your just uncomfortable period. I can keep going, I'll let you decide. Only good thing is if you like to walk Cathedral is about 7 blocks down. Beautiful church to visit, plaza and the candy factory and artesian market is near the cathedral a few blocks over. This is not a 4 star hotel no matter what the website says, at best maybe a 2 star. I'm being generous.
