The best chef and hospitality! My team did a week long offsite. Internet was decent, food was incredible and the accommodations were amazing. The views of the ocean are calming and everything came with fresh flowers and a daily cleaning. Could not have asked for more!

My stay that I enjoyed with my long time friends was beyond anything I could have imagined. The house was great but the entire staff that provided us with 5 star meals three times a day plus tending to all of our needs for transportation, cocktails, and housekeeping needs was the best ever. Anyone that wants to be fully taken care of in Playa del Carmen should book a stay at this home.

I came to Vista Hermosa to celebrate my 40th birthday with my closest friends and family. From the very start, the staff provided the BEST hospitality experience. The staff worked so hard with long hours to ensure we had an amazing experience. They always showed up with smiles on their faces and with great attitudes. Olan was the head chef who was top notch! He was very professional and the food and presentation was Michelin star quality. He was accommodating with food allergies and restrictions and all guests raved at every meal while enjoying three to four courses. It was also fun to work with Olan and the assistant chefs to develop the menu during our 10 day stay. Israel was our butler and drink mixologist. He made the best drinks with beautiful presentations and paired lovely cocktails with each dinner service. Israel also ran all over the villa to ensure each guest was well taken care of with drinks in hands, calling taxis services, and bringing drinks to the beach. The staff was also well organized and very accommodating. To add to the experience, the housekeeping staff always ensured the villa was well maintained while making each guest a daily towel display in their rooms. The villa itself was beautiful, in a great location, and accommodated a large party very comfortably. This was a once in a lifetime trip!!

Our trip to Playa del Carmen was better than advertised. The house we stayed in was Vista Hermosa. This magnificent 8 bedroom mansion with a pool overlooking the ocean on the top deck was perfect for our group of 14. The main level with the kitchen, dining room and living room and outside patio with views of the beach is where we spent most of our time. The best part of our vacation by far was our service staff. Israel (butler), Olan (chef), Nestor & Anita (chefs) were a 6 star out of 5. They spent so much time preparing each meal. They delivered outstanding meals as well as taught us all how each meal was prepared and the ingredients they used. It was fascinating and educational at the same time. Thanks to our maids too as everything was clean and spotless. We can’t wait to come back to PDC.

Beautiful villa with amazing views from rooftop infinity pool. We were 16 people - plenty of room for all. The food was FANTASTIC. Every meal better than the next! We got very spoiled by the wonderful host, Israel, and our chefs. They made the week very special!

An absolutely amazing experience! The property is gorgeous, spacious, and clean. The rooftop pool was incredible and the ocean view from the common area was unbeatable. Even better than the property was the staff- Filo was fantastic and attentive to every need. Chef Olon and his assistants Ana and Nestor were phenomenal. They were all so gracious and kind. So hard to leave, we will be coming back as soon as we can! Couldn’t recommend this house or these people more!

Amazing experience. The chefs made the best food all week. Israel made the best drinks and had excellent service. The cleaning staff did a great job as well! We all left feeling like it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.
