Very good location but the construction company is not really responsible for the damages since many are with details and they do not fix it well only on the top

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar árido las casas son pequeñas no hay mucha actividad aún pero es un fraccionamiento con proyección a largo, muy largo plazo.
Las casas no están bien construidas y tiene problemas con la recolección de basura, es un fraccionamiento bastante nuevo pero va en desarrollo
Por otro lado es un lugar para iniciar un proyecto de construcción si adquieres una vivienda ya que hay terrenos bastante accesibles hablando en temas económicos
It is an arid place, the houses are small, there is not much activity yet, but it is a subdivision with a long, very long-term projection.
