★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are still building this housing complex but it's appears to be well funded. Lots of workers every day building multiple units concurrently rather than as they are sold. Materials used appear to be better quality (solid cement blocks and thicker rebar) than other builds in the area. Time will tell if they finish but it looks like a well built place. If they keep this up and finish, it is an easy 5 stars.
