a	antonio prado jr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to be clear of my stay at this resort. This place needs allot and I mean allot of serious upgrades. Through out entire resort. Curb appeal needs measure work to do. The rooms we stayed in does not look like the ones they have posted in there website. Not even close. Rooms are disgusting period. I wouldn't recommend this resort for any family to stay at. Sorry to say but not coming back at all. The only thing about is good is food ok. No sea food at all none. Fish is the closest. The driver on trucks give you ride to rooms and back. Also this place looks like it's from the 70s look and just falling apart. To me no work is being done to maintain its appearance to date.

Half of the rooms we requested didn't have working AC. Told them about the AC and they did not fix it, until we had told them a third time. Later than we had to move to a whole other room. Also, when getting our room, they had given us a room with guest already in it, twice! Receptionist said, "looks like someone's not doing their job" very unprofessional.

H	Hilary Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, all the employees were rude, unprofessional, and truly disrespectful! The rooms were at most mediocre, the food was maybe okay depending on what you got at the buffet. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
-	-- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was terrible. There was a very long wait time for my room. The bathrooms were very dirty and the staff were very rude and kept up charging us. They also didn’t want to give us a refund.
E	Erik Rincon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CHECK IN I'VE EVER HAD, I WAS THERE YESTERDAY AND SPENT AN HOUR IN THE CHECK IN LINE ALONG WITH MANY OTHER GUESTS. ONLY 1 PERSON AT THE RECEPTION DESK AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER THEY SAID HE WASN'T AROUND. HIS NAME WAS LORENZO AND WAS NOT AROUND TILL 6PM, THIS WAS AT 3PM AND THE ROOM WAS NOT READY. FOOD WAS NOT VERY GOOD AND NOT ALIT OF SELECTION. BREAKFAST HOURS WERE VERY SHORT SO WE DIDN'T GET BREAKFAST. I COULD GO ON BUT I'M TIRED. THE STAFF WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING I COULD SAY. MY FELLOW AMERICANS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.
D	David Lamproye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old place. The pool, bar and restaurant are ok. Children can have a good time here with many options for entertainment. The personnel is very friendly too. BUT ... The rooms haven't had serious maintenance in years. The water faucet just keeps running, there is mold on the walls, the windows and doors don't close, the airco hasn't had a filter replacement in years and smells awful. There are insects crawling inside. Everything is dirty. Wifi doesn't work inside. This place is a health hazard. After complaining at the reception, we were assigned other rooms twice but they are all in a bad condition, one worse than the other.

He spoke to a manager about it, to do nothing about it. Electricity was off half the day to top it off. The rooms are ok. They need to change the curtains, they have mold. Other than that the environment is good the food is good. Maybe better MANAGEMENT.
