★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to spot in San carlos. Great people run it. Very clean. Nice quiet location off the main strip. Walking distance to store. Great views of tetakawi from balconies, especially at sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I'm giving a star for cleanliness, a star for being what I was looking for, and a star for price. But if you need a place to sleep at night, no way. Walls are thin and people are up until 5 and 6 in the morning being loud. Also no hot water. I don't usually go to San Carlos to party, so it's not for me, I need to sleep at night to be on the water in the morning.
