★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El departamento modelo si muy bonito, pero ya al adquirir mi departamento, empecé a notar que varias cosas las hicieron muuuyy mal hechas, todavía no la hábito y ya tuvieron que reparar el vitropiso del baño y es un pésimo servicio de la constructora para hacer las reparaciones, según te entregan con panel solar y también tienes que andas detrás de la constructora para que vaya a instalarlo. Para una familia de 3 o más personas es muy pequeño el espacio. El lugar sí me agrada.

Si van a comprar deberían de averiguar el adeudo que tiene de el SIAPA porque no se hacen responsables de pagar lo que consumieron mientras no entregaban la vivienda.

Una sala y un comedor no caben, los muros se ven delgados. Para el tamaño y la ubicación se me hacen muy caros, he visto departamentos más grandes, hasta con estudio en el mismo precio.
