Rentamos 3 dias. Cómo 30 personas pagamos al final 200 pesos mas o menos cada persona. Muy buena opción en Mazatlán It is better option if you stay for several days and many people go. Me encanto .. los dueños muy amable y los departamentos muy limpios super recomendable It lives up to its name and has a very nice view of the sea. El edificio está en una ubicación muy buena, es tranquila la zona, pero a menos de 10 minutos del centro, otros hoteles y zonas turísticas. El edificio está frente al mar y puedes bajar cualquier día en cualquier hora a la playa. A través del balcón se puede apreciar el mar, el amanecer y el atardecer tranquilamente. El edificio tiene una alberca de uso común, no es muy grande y regularmente el agua se ve un poco sucia. No parece una gran ventaja, pero teniendo el mar en frente no es muy necesaria. Por fuera, el edificio tiene buena apariencia, tiene escaleras, estacionamiento de tierra en la parte trasera y un elevador. Por dentro del departamento, todo es muy cómodo (al menos el que rentamos nosotros). Cuenta con aire acondicionado, dos cuartos, 1 cama matrimonial, dos camas individuales y 1 sofá cama, por lo que caben bastantes personas. Tiene baño completo, comedor, cocina y un balcón para apreciar el malecón, el cielo y el mar. Además, el edificio está a un lado de un Oxxo por lo que todo para estar cómodos dentro del departamento está al alcance. Lo único malo del lugar es que se escucha el ruido de los demás departamentos, particularmente los golpes o voces fuertes. Si tu idea es estar en el Departamento para descansar en silencio, no es buen lugar. Fuera de este punto, el departamento y la ubicación es perfecto para pasar unas muy buenas vacaciones. NOTA: Cada departamento puede ser diferente ya que pertenecen a diferentes personas por lo que la experiencia puede variar. In our case, we rent an apartment in this building, on the first floor. Cuenta con un buen servicio, la comida que ofrecen el el bufet es regular, sin embargo las habitaciones son muy cómodas y muy limpias. Me gustó que las habitaciones con vista al mar no sean tan caras. A simple but very comfortable hotel to spend a few days in it. It has a good service, the food offered in the buffet is regular, however the rooms are very comfortable and very clean. I liked that the sea view rooms are not so expensive.
