★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got the room with a balcony facing the ocean by the main strip very lively atmosphere the room was clean no roaches or bugs.the shower and restroom were very clean.the room had a window unit very cold and comfortable the pool was ok there was trash in some areas and it smelled like urine by the tables the rest of the hotel property was ok nothing to brag about there was little trash here and there the staff wasn't friendly or went out of the way for you I guess if your looking to be where all the actions at and be by the ocean for $60 dollars a night it's ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will not take credit cards. Cash only! Strange. I didn't come to Mazatlan to watch TV, but it took me 4 trips to the office before they finally found me a remote. They kept telling me they didn't have one and that I had to do it manually. When I finally showed them that was not possible, and the desk guy confirmed it, they found me a remote. Also made me leave a 200 pesos cash deposit for what, the key? Strange place. Room is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not nice enough and it sometimes seems as if they owned the place. Also, before any previous important holiday like Christmas, carnival, etc. They alway sell their rooms and service to websites, or agencies that will double the price, they do this even months prior to the holidah and even if you go they'll say they are completely booked. Pool is always cold even during winter season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Experiencia terrible. booked the Penthouse, and it had no water in the sink. The shower would not drain and the water flooded into hallway. They have no on-call management and when we complained they said they were full and could not get a room change. The manager stated she was not authorized to offer discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 4 nights here and from the first day the toilet was not flushing and i told maintance about it. They went to “fix it” twice. Its obvious they dont know what they are doing because its not working still and the staff told me they cant do nothing. Not even lend me a plunger. Do not recommend this place to anybody. There cheaper and better hotels then this.
