★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantaron, porq como un plus en vez de árbol entregan la casa con un pino y ese detalle hace la diferencia entre otra casas de la zona.
I loved them, because as a plus instead of a tree they deliver the house with a pine tree and that detail makes the difference between other houses in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En hora pico de tráfico como en todo Monterrey,es de lento arribo, pero fácil de llegar elfo de baches en el camino, unos muy difíciles en una intersección pero por lo demás en fácil llegar
In rush hour traffic as in all of Monterrey, it is slow to arrive, but easy to get there because of potholes on the road, some very difficult in an intersection but otherwise easy to get to.

Very neglected neighborhood, Valemaduran vesinos damage even their own homes, the houses do not have good finishes, there are better houses for that price
