Terrible service! My mother entered that clinic on Tuesday March 30 of this year 2021, for an emergency surgery. Everything was going well, until they did the Covid test and according to them it came out positive and they threw her out on the street without caring that my mother's life was at risk since she needed a craniotomy. My brother drove for hours desperate without being able to find a hospital until someone suggested admitting her to the D 'Maria hospital in Veracruz. Fortunately, that hospital practically saved her life, the care was excellent and they operated on her almost as an emergency, since they had already lost about 6 hours or more after they no longer wanted to treat her at this Vital clinic. The surgeon commented that if they had waited a few more hours my mother I would no longer be alive. It should be noted that in that hospital D 'María also underwent another covid test which came out negative. My mother is recovering favorably and we are happy for the care provided at that hospital in Veracruz. It seems that this Vital clinic the only thing that matters to them is money and not life itself as a human being. Very sad, unfortunate what happened to us was stressful knowing that your mother was between life and death and that this hospital did not matter to them. I would recommend looking for other options so that you do not have a bad experience like we have with that hospital. Thanks for reading me.

Terrible service, Dr. Baeza does not want to attend to patients who are not scheduled, I took my mother for a skin problem and they sent her with her, but since my mother was not called, it was an emergency until they finished caring for their patients and Quoted very despotic when treating us are not the way because you are not going to ask for gifts or for free as a dra. I left much to wish for horrible service, my mother couldn't walk and not even a wheelchair gave her everything very bad at the entrance.

Horrible treatment came with a fracture and the general doctor who resides the patients was more concerned with doing the hospital bill than with treating me. After the doctor who operated on me, Carlos Ortiz, totally incompetent, bad surgery and with little hygiene, I contracted a bacteria because it is seen that the instruments do not sterilize them well. Then a nurse on duty for many patients. They had no sheets and they charge as if it were a first class hospital. Don't go there bad doctors and bad treatment.

The receptionists speak in a very low tone, apart from the noise from the outside it is difficult to hear clearly, the waiting rooms are really very small and have a small television, their chairs are very comfortable although they do not have many chairs to sit on, There are no vending machines where you can buy some candy after waiting for your patient for hours and if you come out but the guard did not see you, they will not let you go back in because only one person is allowed with the patient, on the other hand the doctors and the nurses are very friendly, in the operating room area they care a lot about hygiene and do not let you pass unless they give you a suit to avoid dirtying. The guys who are in charge of transferring patients are very busy and I imagine it is due to a lack of staff but that does not take away from their friendliness.

The service is not bad, however it can improve. Rooms and rooms for the sick, there are times when they are not in good condition, to the point that both the bathroom and the sick room have a bad smell. Some nurses are not tactful with patients. I think they can improve in those aspects.
