★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre mi traje y la atención fue muy buena, solo que al pasar a recogerlo no hicieron los ajustes del pantalón, literal solo hicieron la bastilla, nada más, le comenté a la encarga y pues en ese rato hicieron otros ajustes pero tuve que esperar una hora para que quedara y al final de igual manera no quedo cómo debería, los trajes pueden estar a un precio accesible pero en cuanto a servicio al cliente fallan demasiado, lo cual les aconsejo que revisen bien antes de aceptar el traje o se pueden llevar una desilusión.
I bought my suit and the attention was very good, only that when I went to pick it up, they did not make the adjustments of the pants, they literally only made the hem, nothing more, I told the manager and then they made other adjustments but I had to wait for one time for it to fit and in the end it is not how it should be, the suits may be at an affordable price but in terms of customer service they fail too much, which I advise you to check well before accepting the suit or you can take a disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al público es terrible, compré una prenda para regalo, indicaron que el ticket se enviaba por correo, nunca llegó a pesar de que fui a solicitarlo, si no hubiera pagado con tarjeta no habría forma de justificar la compra. Solicité un cambio de talla y pusieron infinidad de pretextos para hacerlo, cuando por ley se establecen 90 días naturales a partir de la compra. Teníamos que viajar a otro país así que tuve que regresar a esa sucursal para que me dejaran tomar una foto de mi ticket en la computadora ya que hasta la fecha (más de 30 días) no me ha llegado el ticket. No sé si en general esa es la calidad de de atención al cliente en la tienda o sólo las empleadas en Monterrey tienen el peor servicio al cliente con el que me he topado. La ropa para caballero es bonita pero definitivamente nunca vuelvo a comprar regalos en esta tienda.
