★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio que recibí. No me entregaron en fecha. Decidí cancelar el pedido, porque pasaron 3 días de la fecha de entrega y de 11 solo tenían 2 muebles. Hice un anticipo por la mitad del trabajo y por esos dos muebles MAL HECHOS, se quedaron con el 50% de anticipo.
Terrible the service I received. They did not deliver me on date. I decided to cancel the order, because they spent 3 days from the delivery date and 11 had only 2 furniture. I made a down payment for half the work and for those two bad furniture, they kept 50% down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrepentida de haber comprado ahí, mala calidad en un panel ranurado que instalo ya que a pesar de haberlo limpiado varias veces, suelta demasiado polvo de aserrín cada que se desliza los blíster o las ménsulas, (otros paneles no suelta esa cantidad) y obvio la mercancía se ensucia. Se le hizo saber al sr. y solo lo tomo con burla e indiferencia.
Regretful of having bought there, poor quality in a grooved panel that I install since despite having cleaned it several times, it releases too much sawdust every time the blister or brackets slide, (other panels do not release that amount) and obviously the merchandise gets dirty. Mr. and I only take it with mockery and indifference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no he cumplido ni el año con el mobiliario y ya se daño de algunas cosas, el señor Gerardo no atiende cuando se le pide un servicio de mantenimiento aunque se le diga que se le va pagar aunque no se deba por qué es parte de la garantía, por el precio se encuentra mejor trato y servicio en otras partes. El tiempo de entrega no lo respeta, a mi me entrego dos semanas después de lo acordado.
Terrible service, I have not completed the year with the furniture and it has already damaged some things, Mr. Gerardo does not attend when a maintenance service is requested even though he is told that he will be paid even though it is not owed why it is part of the guarantee, for the price you will find better treatment and service elsewhere. The delivery time does not respect it, I give myself two weeks after the agreement.
