★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Dicen que vienen un día y no tienen ni la amabilidad de decirte que ya no irán. Necesitas estar llamando todos los días para que finalmente te instalen lo que hayas pedido.
Además, cuando logras que te instalen algo, la calidad deja mucho que desear. Rompieron uno de mis mosquiteros y no me lo repusieron.
Después de que me quejé ya que me habían cancelado la cita bastantes veces, empezaron a ignorar mis llamadas telefónicas.
No recomendables, busquense a otra persona que pueda hacer el trabajo.
Terrible customer service. They say they come one day and they don't even have the kindness to tell you that they won't go anymore. You need to be calling every day to finally get what you asked for installed.
Also, when you do get something installed, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. They broke one of my mosquito nets and did not replace it.
After I complained that they had canceled my appointment quite a few times, they started ignoring my phone calls.
Not recommended, find someone else who can do the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que eh tenido, jamás cumplieron con las fechas de entrega e instalación, me re programaron 5 veces, no me contestaban las llamadas, si nos es porque les marcó cada 5 min jamás me habrían instalado y entregado mi material, la instalación del vidrio quedó horrenda, el silicon en exceso y batido por todas partes, jamás volvieron a detallar aunque se comprometieron. En verdad no contraten problemas con esta empresa.
Pd. Ojo! Su mismo personal y conocidos califican con 5 estrellas para tener buena calificación, pero leyendo los comentarios somos varios clientes con la misma mala experiencia, o pésima!
The worst service I have ever had, they never met the delivery and installation dates, they reprogrammed me 5 times, they did not answer my calls, if it is not because I called them every 5 minutes they would never have installed and delivered my material, the installation of the glass was horrendous, silicone in excess and beaten everywhere, they never went back to detail even though they promised. Really do not hire problems with this company.
P.S. Eye! His own staff and acquaintances qualify with 5 stars to have a good rating, but reading the comments we are several clients with the same bad experience, or terrible!
