★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocaron el parabrisas bien, pero el retrovisor lo pusieron fijo, en el camino lo traté de acomodar para ver bien y se cayó todo. Tuve que regresar y trataron de volverlo a colocar y no pudieron, según iban a encargar otro parabrisas que para colocarle la pieza de mi retrovisor que iba pegada al vidrio y q tardaba 24 HRS en secar, además tuve q esperar otros 3 días que para que secara el parabrisas que me acababan de poner, total me hicieron esperar casi 6 días para volver a ir y todo para que no cambiaran el parabrisas, volvieran a colorar el retrovisor con las piezas que cubren los cables de los sensores flojas, y eso sí, el retrovisor ya se puede mover y la verdad lo hago con cuidado, además por teléfono se portaban super groseros cada vez q preguntaba si ya podía ir, así como las personas que atienden, como el último señor que coloco mi retrovisor todo receloso y poco amable, como si fuera mi culpa de su poco profesionalismo y desconocimiento de como colocar un retrovisor con sensores. Si los manda aquí su aseguradora y su auto tiene retrovisor con sensores mejor cambien de lugar, además el personal es poco amable. Muy mal servicio por parte de Vitrocar.
They put the windshield well, but the rear-view mirror was fixed, on the way I tried to accommodate it to see well and everything fell off. I had to go back and they tried to put it back in and they couldn't, as they were going to order another windshield to put the piece of my rear-view mirror that was glued to the glass and it took 24 HRS to dry, I also had to wait another 3 days for it to dry the windshield that they had just put on me, they made me wait almost 6 days to go again and everything so that they did not change the windshield, they re-colored the rear-view mirror with the pieces that cover the loose sensor cables, and yes, the The rear-view mirror can now be moved and the truth is I do it carefully, also on the phone they were super rude every time I asked if I could go, as well as the people who attend, like the last man who placed my rear-view mirror, all suspicious and unkind, as if it were my fault for their unprofessionalism and ignorance of how to place a rear-view mirror with sensors. If your insurer sends you here and your car has a rear-view mirror with sensors, better move, and the staff is not very friendly. Very bad service from Vitrocar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, la aseguradora nos mando ahí, siendo que nosotros somos de un estado que queda lejos del lugar y llamamos para ver si nos podían a tender y dijeron que si. Llegando nos comentan que no puede porque tienen mucho trabajo. Que tenemos que llamar antes de ir, siendo que si lo hicimos.
