En referencia al personal administrativo, por los comentarios antes leídos, pensaba que sería difícil tratar cualquier asunto; sin embargo, desde que llegué, el joven que pone pone los cristales, muy atento. Las señoritas que son el personal administrativo, muy tratable, amable, atento. Tuve cierta diferencia con los documentos que tenía que llevar para cambiar mi parabrisas por medio del seguro, pero ambas señoritas me dieron opciones y no tuve ningún problema. El cambio fue bastante rápido. Muy eficiente quién lo hizo, hasta ahora no tengo queja. Y lo que más me agradó, es que la empresa da un año de garantía sobre el servicio brindado. En realidad quedé totalmente satisfecha con la empresa Vitrocar Veracruz. Excelente trato. Creo que también cuenta mucho la manera en pedir las cosas. Si en algún momento llegase a necesitar algo que esa empresa lo tenga en existencia, indudablemente acudiría nuevamente con ellos.
My experience with Vitrocar Veracruz was very good. Regarding the administrative staff, from the comments read before, I thought it would be difficult to deal with any matter; however, since I arrived, the young man who puts the glasses on, very attentive. The ladies who are the administrative staff, very approachable, friendly, attentive. I had some difference with the documents that I had to bring to change my windshield through insurance, but both ladies gave me options and I had no problem. The change was quite fast. Very efficient who did it, so far I have no complaints. And what I liked the most is that the company gives a one-year guarantee on the service provided. In fact, I was totally satisfied with the Vitrocar Veracruz company. Excellent treatment. I think the way you ask for things also counts a lot. If at some point I needed something that that company had in stock, I would undoubtedly go with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusto su servicio me dieron una cita alas 11am y llegue y habia 2 autos delante de mi y me dijeron que en 3hrs quedaba listo y se tardaron com 5hrs tieme sala de espera y no te dejan usarla
I did not like their service they gave me an appointment at 11am and I arrived and there were 2 cars in front of me and they told me that it would be ready in 3 hours and it took 5 hours for me to wait in the waiting room and they do not let you use it
