★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 estrellas pero solo porque el instalador muy atento. Pero pésimo servicio de las chicas de venta y muy mala actitud.
Sacamos cita para reemplazar un cristal por seguro y qué dijeron que no teníamos cita
Cuando llegamos que no tenían la pieza ordenada pero que si tenía una similar y por eso la unica razón que nos atendieron
El método de pago nos dijeron se podía transferencia pero que al final no tenía que ir al banco y traer el voucher que en realidad es la ficha de depósito.
En fin nos tardamos más en intentar dejar el coche que en que lo arreglaran. Y sólo por eso sin 2 estrellas en lugar de 1.
2 stars but only because the very attentive installer. But terrible service from the sales girls and very bad attitude.
We made an appointment to replace a glass for insurance and what did they say we did not have an appointment
When we arrived they did not have the piece ordered but they did have a similar one and that is why the only reason they attended us
The payment method they told us could be transferred but that in the end you didn't have to go to the bank and bring the voucher which is actually the deposit slip.
In short, it took us longer to try to leave the car than to get it fixed. And just for that without 2 stars instead of 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, bastante amables y atentos, cumplieron los tiempos de entrega, de hecho terminando de reemplazar mi parabrisas 30 minutos antes de lo acordado.
De hecho ahi perdí mi tarjeta de circulación, me tuve que ir, y ellos la buscaron por mi y me la entregaron... con ese detalle se ganaron un cliente de por vida.
Very good service, quite friendly and attentive, they met the delivery times, in fact finishing replacing my windshield 30 minutes earlier than agreed.
In fact, I lost my circulation card there, I had to leave, and they looked for it for me and gave it to me... with that detail they gained a customer for life.
