Falta de personal . Informal el trato. No contestan el tel. No avisan al terminar el trabajo. No lo recomiendo para nada... no limpian el carro y lo dejan sucio donde se subieron a cambiar el vidrio frontal ..

Llame para saber si tenian el vidrio de mi carro, me dijeron que si, luego llevamos el carro le quitaron el vidrio y a lo ultimo salieron con que siempre no era el vidrio y le pusieron una mica y hasta la fecha no le han puestos el vidrío al carro. Siempre que llamo nunca contestan y cuando llegan a contestar no saben nada, no lo recomiendo muy mal servicio

No opinaré respecto a alguna instalación, ya que por una mala coordinación entre su callcenter y taller, no me agradaron correctamente la cita y por eso no me pudieron realizar el trabajo solicitado. Solo por eso, mala comunicación entre ellos, me afectó a mí en mi agenda y decidí buscar otro proveedor, con quien ya resolví mi problema de reemplazo de parabrisas.

De las peores experiencias que he tenido, la chica recepcionista y todologa (la llamaban Cecy) una actitud grosera y despota, por una reparación si la pagaba en 700 pesos, la hacia en ese momento, pero si era por medio del seguro, me agendo una semana después,.y me dice que hay que dejar el carro entre 5 y 6 horas, les recomiendo que le den unas clases de educación, ya que ni "buenas tardes o gracias" sabe decir; Total: Afortunadamente mi aseguradora tiene convenio con empresas con personal más profesional , muy mal y una verdadera lastima que la reputación de empresa con antigüedad se deteriore por la actitud de algunas personas.

Muy mal servicio. Cotizaron la pieza que ocupaba y me agendaron cita 4 días después, fui el día indicado pero la pieza llegó equivocada y ahora resultaba que la pieza no la tenían y la buscarían por fuera. El gerente nunca se comunicó para darle seguimiento a mi pieza, una semana después el gerente que me atendió ya no laboraba ahí. Hablé al número 800 para que me auxiliaran y lo más que pudieron hacer es canalizar a la sucursal mi problema. Me llamaron de la sucursal para "para darle seguimiento" a mi caso pero solo quedó en esa llamada. No los recomiendo para nada, sobre todo porque no tienen un sistema para realizar quejas que realmente apoyen al usuario y sirva a la empresa para entender que tan deficiente es su sistema de atención.
