★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo había una cajera que atendia a los que iban en el carro y a los del mostrador, aparte siempre que vas nunca tienen listas las pizzas de 79 pesos , siempre están buscando que lleves las más caras o la de 99 pesos, y te dicen que si quieres la 79 tardara de 15 a 20 minutos lo cual nunca es.cierto
Terrible service, there was only one cashier who attended to those who were in the car and those at the counter, apart from that whenever you go they never have the 79-peso pizzas ready, they are always looking for you to take the most expensive or the 99-peso one, and you They say that if you want the 79 it will take 15 to 20 minutes which is never true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a cliente, fui por servicio de vidrio roto. Fui un martes me dijeron que el viernes o sábado llegaba sin falta y lo instalan.
Sábado me dicen que llega a las 12 pero que me tendría que esperar hasta el lunes porque cierran a la 1, cuando desde el martes les había solicitado y dado seguimiento todos los días porque domingo salía de viaje lo cual se les había avisado.

Bad customer service, I went for broken glass service. I went on a Tuesday they told me that Friday or Saturday arrived without fail and they installed it.
Saturday they tell me that it arrives at 12 but that I would have to wait until Monday because they close at 1, when from Tuesday I had requested and followed them every day because Sunday I was going on a trip which had been notified.
Thanks for nothing.

Tuvimos que ir 3 veces, primero porque nos dijeron que tenían ya nuestro cristal y cuando llegamos ese mismo día ya se habían agotado, la segunda vez sí lo pusieron pero el cristal estaba defectuoso tenía como rasgaduras y ellos no se fijaron antes de ponerlo, hasta q yo me di cuenta y les reclamé, nos dijeron que teníamos que volver después xq en ese rato no lo pueden quitar, la tercera vez que fuimos ya lo pusieron. Yo voy de un lugar que está a 1 hora de Nogales. Me salió mucho más caro el cristal al final tomando en cuenta la gasolina que gasté.
All wrong in vitrocar. We had to go 3 times, first because they told us that they already had our glass and when we arrived that same day they had already run out, the second time they did put it in but the glass was defective, it had like tears and they did not fix it before putting it on, until I realized it and I complained to them, they told us that we had to come back later because at that time they couldn't remove it, the third time we went they already put it. I'm going from a place that is 1 hour from Nogales. The glass was much more expensive in the end taking into account the gasoline I used.
