★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregunten cuanto cobran de deducible en distintas sucursales, me paso que aquí en Poza Rica me iban a cobrar $3,800 de deducible por el medallón delantero y en tampico (mismo vitrocar) $480.00 ESTEN AL PENDIENTE.
 Ask how much deductible they charge in different branches, it happened to me that here in Poza Rica they were going to charge me $ 3,800 of deductible for the front medallion and in Tampico (same glass) $ 480.00 STAY ON THE PENDING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a ese establecimiento para cambiar mi parabrisas, había leído comentarios no muy alentadores respecto al trato que dan en ese lugar, sin embargo en lo personal fueron muy amables las chicas que me atendieron fui un miércoles a preguntar sobre el cristal, la gerente me dio su número y en todo momento le dio seguimiento a mi servicio, el viernes me confirmó que ya estaba la pieza y el sábado se cambió, solo 3 días, al igual el técnico instalador en todo momento me hizo recomendaciones, sugerencias respecto a lo que iba hacer, muy buen trabajo la verdad quedé hasta ahora satisfecho, el cristal muy bien colocado y pues en lo personal si recomiendo este lugar, si tu cristal quieres reparar o de plano cambiar, ¿qué esperas?, ven a Vitrocar.
I went to that establishment to change my windshield, I had read not very encouraging comments regarding the treatment they give in that place, however on a personal level the girls who attended me were very friendly I went on a Wednesday to ask about the glass, the manager gave me his number and at all times he followed up on my service, on Friday he confirmed that the part was already there and on Saturday it was changed, only 3 days, like the installer technician at all times made me recommendations, suggestions regarding what was going on to do a very good job, the truth is I was satisfied so far, the glass was very well placed and well, personally, if I recommend this place, if you want to repair or change your glass, what are you waiting for? Come to Vitrocar.
