★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi caso particular se tardaron mucho en darme una cita, no había cupo en su bodega y tienes que estacionarte en doble fila, cuando ya pude ingresar y dejar mi auto la pieza que ellos pidieron venia dañada, espero puedan mejor su servicio, la atención siempre fue muy amable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca contestan, se tardan una eternidad en conseguir las piezas a mi me tardaron 2 meses y me entregaron trabajo mal hecho solo fui allí porque era la opción de mi seguro del carro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primera vez de 4 o 5 veces que cambiamos el vidrio del parabrisas en otros talleres y aqui le recomendaron a mi esposa..no le caiga agua..no moverla en 2 semanas..y no ir a mas de 80 km/hora..increible.
First time of 4 or 5 times that we changed the glass of the windshield in other workshops and here they recommended to my wife... don't get water on it... don't move it in 2 weeks... and don't go over 80 km/hour... incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, nunca tienen los vidrios en el sitio, te hacen cita y se comprometen a una hora solo para decirte que siempre no, que a esa hora no va a quedar. Estuve aquí 30min y en ese lapso de tiempo 5 personas se llevaron su carro por el mal servicio. Pésima actitud de los empleados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Los que atienden solo te dan largas y te dicen mentiras para alargar la instalación del cristal de parabrisas.
Primero que el cristal que iban a poner se rompió cuando lo traían, después que estaban buscando en su inventario de otras sucursales, luego que no podían checar su inventario porque no hay internet. Si siguen así, se les va a acabar el contrato con las aseguradoras.
Por cierto, terminé cancelando la orden de servicio.
Es muy obvio cuando los que atienden te dicen mentiras por su lenguaje corporal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y servicio un mes esperando mi cristal para que el día que me van a instalar (HOY) me salgan conque el vidrio no es y todavía me digan que tardará otro mes en llegar.
Pésima atención departe de los empleados.
Y además no usan cubrebocas.
Y la "gerente" no sirve para resolver ningún problema más que para enpeaorarlos.
Terminé cancelando mi servicio con ellos y además no te dan soluciones más que espere y no pensaba aguantarme otro mes más sin vidrio sus líneas telefónicas no sirven para nada
