★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hice un pedido de un cristal, mediante aseguradora, tardaron 1 mes en conseguirlo, me hablaron y me dijeron que ya lo tenían pero que no era el color... Pedí que se cambiara y me dijeron que no sabían cuánto más iba a tardar... que muy probablemente otro mes... Les pedí el número de siniestro para comunicarme con mi aseguradora y me dijeron que ellos no levantan números de siniestro hasta que hacen la instalación precisamente por el detalle de que las aseguradoras se la pasan molestándolos... cabe mencionar que mientras les pedía número de siniestro, estaba al teléfono, y se escuchaba como las recepcionistas estaban a las risas diciendo que ese no era su trabajo...
 Terrible service, I made an order for a crystal, through an insurance company, they took 1 month to get it, they spoke to me and told me that they already had it but that it was not the color ... I asked to be changed and they told me that they did not know how much more it was going in the future ... which most likely another month ... I asked them for the claim number to communicate with my insurer and they told me that they do not raise claim numbers until they do the installation precisely because of the detail that the insurers pass it on bothering them ... it is worth mentioning that while I asked them for a claim number, I was on the phone, and you could hear how the receptionists were laughing saying that this was not their job ...
