★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasado 23 de Enero realice una compra en su sucursal de Coacalco, Estado de México (pedido 10865, vitro, fijador y junta). El día de la compra me confirmaron que la entrega me la harían máximo 10 metros mas allá de pie de camión.
Hoy al llegar el transporte se limito a dejar el material a pie de camión argumentando de manera descortés que esa era su responsabilidad, por lo que llame a la tienda donde había hecho la compra y me confirmaron que el Gerente daría la indicación de entrega a 10 metros máximo de pie de camión.
Finalmente hicieron mi entrega sin embargo el transportista solo se limito a dejarlo a pie de camión.
Confirmo que no son una empresa seria y no cumplen sus promesas de entrega ni en día ni en las condiciones que confirman en la venta. Lamentable.
Last January 23, I made a purchase at your branch in Coacalco, State of Mexico (order 10865, vitro, fixative and gasket). On the day of purchase they confirmed that the delivery would be made to me a maximum of 10 meters beyond the foot of the truck.
Today when the transport arrived, it was limited to leaving the material at the foot of the truck arguing in a rude way that that was their responsibility, so I called the store where I had made the purchase and they confirmed that the Manager would give the delivery indication at 10 maximum truck foot meters.
Finally they made my delivery, however the carrier only limited himself to leaving it at the foot of the truck.
I confirm that they are not a serious company and do not fulfill their delivery promises neither on the day nor under the conditions that they confirm in the sale. Regrettable.
