F	Fabr Cam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una bola de incompetentes. De todos los vidrios que pedí. El 15 tenían el tamaño solicitado. Su resistencia no tiene nada que ver con la de un vidrio templado. Incluso tuvieron que repetirme más de 8 vidrios por que les pusieron perforaciones cuando no llevaban ni una. La vendedora y la gerente están buenas para ser directoras del insabi. El pedido se pagó y se les explicó cómo queríamos los vidrios, entregaron todo mal y no son capaces de aceptar su error y mucho menos saben cómo tratar al cliente. Evítense disgustos y tener que tratar con estas "personas". Horrible experience with this place. Las empleadas de ventas son incopetentes, no pasan recados, me tomo 3 meses para que dieran seguimiento a una queja de vidrios defectuosos. Se negaron a repararlos o combiarlos!! NO RECOMENDABLE!!!! Me dijeron q mi pedido sería entregado en 5 días hábiles y un persona del servicio de entrega Quitada de la pena me hablo diciendo que no tenían ni una sola camioneta para entregarme el día acordado. Le fi la opción de entregarme al día siguiente y me argumentó q "todos los trabajadores estaban en una construcción entregando y colocando que era prioridad ese cliente y no me entregaron sino 3 días después de lo acordado. Siendo que ellos tienen una política de entrega específica . Que falta de respeto y seriedad tienen NO recomiendo sus servicios . Bajo su propio riesgo Terrible delivery service. No me sorprende pues es el estándar de la industria de la construcción nacional, incluyéndome yo.... Lo que si me parece muy bueno es que son rápidos y al ser una empresa grande la garantía es muy buena, se siente el respaldo.... Por lo cual tuve que cancelar el producto. Ahora me encuentro ante Profeco para reclamar la devolución de mi dinero. No asistieron a la primer audiencia, por lo cual se les impuso multa por al rededor de 4 mil pesos, espero que en la segunda, asistan. ATENCIÓN: Vitromas se ha transformado en ABATIK, tengan mucho cuidado al contratar con esta empresa, ya que es de muy ALTO RIESGO PARA EL CONSUMIDOR, NO CUMPLE EN TIEMPO Y FORMA CON LO PACTADO. No devolver dinero al cliente ante inconformidad, implica en todo momento un fraude evidente. Que Dios todo poderoso me libre de volver a caer en manos de una empresa deficiente como VITROMAS o ABATIK. Este comentario tiene mucho más valor que el dinero de mi propiedad con el que se quedaron.
