★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de garrafones pésimo, en mal estado. Para surtirlos más de 3 semanas. Cancelar el servicio está siendo una odisea. La señora que atiende es una grosera, altanera y deja notar que odia su trabajo o a los clientes.
Se sacó de la manga el necesitar registro de sus garrafones para poderlos devolver, porque según ella los presta, cuando ni siquiera cambio tenían, quedaron a deber de peso en peso. Toca acudir con PROFECO para resolver el asunto. Ustedes, si pueden, ahorren su dinero, inviertan en una mejor purificadora.
