Hoy encargue por primera vez en este sitio un par de pizzas grandes con los mismos ingredientes a las 12:30, me dijeron que se tardaría poco más de 1 hr en llegar el pedido y accedí Pasadas 2 hrs!!! Llegó el pedido y LLEGO MAL!! Las pizzas no eran lo que pedí, les faltaban muchos ingredientes y eran diferentes, así que llame de inmediato para hacer la reclamación y accedieron a hacer el cambio así como yo a esperar 15 minutos según el encargado que atiende las llamadas Pasadas otras 2 hrs, YA ERAN 4 HRS!!! Desde las 12:30 del día hasta las 4:40 de la tarde esperando el pedido y no llegaba el repartidor, así que llamé y cancele el pedido y ahora es momento en que no llegan con mi dinero!!! Las pizzas quizás estén buenas pero QUE PESIMO SERVICIO!! THE WORST AND BAD EXPERIENCE IN PIZZAS OF MY LIFE !!!! Today I ordered for the first time on this site a couple of large pizzas with the same ingredients at 12:30, they told me it would take a little more than 1 hr for the order to arrive and I agreed After 2 hrs !!! The order arrived and I COME BAD !! The pizzas were not what I ordered, they were missing many ingredients and they were different, so I called immediately to make the claim and they agreed to make the change as well as I to wait 15 minutes according to the manager who answers the calls After another 2 hours, IT WAS 4 HRS !!! T	The Real Club on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero que mejoren su atención al cliente, ayer llame para pedir unas pizzas a domicilio y me dijieron que no podían mandarlas ya que "nunca recibían las pizzas en ese domicilio", siendo está la primera vez que llamaba para hacer pedido pésimo servicio, no me quisieron vender solo por error de su información. I hope you improve your customer service, yesterday I called to order some pizzas at home and they told me that they could not send them since "they never received the pizzas at that address", being this the first time I called to order terrible service, I did not they wanted to sell only by mistake of their information.
