★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buen día realmente el servicio pesimo. No cumplen con lo pactado. Compramos un traje para mi hijo de 6 años y quedaron en que se lo iban a arreglar de la bastilla y de la cintura q le quedo un poco grande, lo compramos un domingo y quedaron de entregarlo arreglado para el jueves x la tarde o sea 4 días después y resulta q nos llaman el jueves a las 4 pm para decirnos que no lo habían arreglado que porq la modista se incapacito ? o sea q es la única q puede hacer ese arreglo?, si Vittorio Forti es una cadena de tiendas no creo q no puedan solucionar ese problema de la modista, como sea deben de solucionar sus pendientes, que falta de ética profesional. Te ofrecen la luna y las estrellas cuando vas a comprar pero son unos iresponsables lastima de marca. Y todavía dicen va x nuestra cuenta el arreglo ?No se vale que jueguen con el tiempo de uno y q no tengan credibilidad lastima de marca.

If Vittorio Forti is a chain of stores, I don't think q They cannot solve that problem of the dressmaker, however they must solve their earrings, that lack of professional ethics. They offer you the moon and the stars when you go shopping but they are irresponsible, shame on the brand. And they still say the arrangement goes to our account ?It's not worth it that they play with one's time and that they do not have credibility, it hurts the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia con la tienda y los empleados fue muy buena, me explicaron la diferencia de cortes en los trajes, me mostraron diferentes, me preguntaron por alguno en especifico y me hicieron combinaciones con camisas y corbatas para que hiciera mi elección, fueron amables y atentos con el servicio.
