★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, marcamos por teléfono para preguntar por trajes de lana y nos dijeron que si había y en la talla de mi novio. Fuimos y al final dicen que no tenían de lana. Nos dimos la vuelta en vano y no vivimos cerca, sí nos costó. Muy mal.
Very bad attention, we dialed by phone to ask for wool suits and they told us if there were and in my boyfriend's size. We went and in the end they say they didn't have wool. We turned around in vain and we don't live close, it did cost us. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service. They were not friendly, patient, or understanding. If we are to pay over $1000 pesos for a suit, the least we should be receiving back are kind gestures. They messed up one of our suits and did not want to offer us a refund. They were super rude and looked down on their customers. There are plenty of other stores that sell better suits, with better prices, and with good customer service. If there were a choice of zero stars I would rate them zero stars, because that is what they truly deserve.
