No puedo comunicarme a suc Mariano Otero para seguimiento a mi compra, de la que no he recibido llamada por parte de bodega; por que no responden en telefono que aparece en la web y recibos, ni cuando es enlazado del numero de atención a clientes.
La vendedora- tuve que ir a yo detras de ella ya que no se acercaba para ver si necesitabamos ayuda- asesoria, ni proporciono tel para seguimiento
Lástima que una mala experiencia cambie la percepcion.
Usually my purchases had been very satisfactory until this last one.
I cannot contact Mariano Otero branch to follow up on my purchase, for which I have not received a call from the warehouse; because they do not answer the phone that appears on the web and receipts, nor when it is linked to the customer service number.
The saleswoman- I had to go behind her since she did not come to see if we needed help- advice, nor did she provide a phone number for follow-up
Too bad a bad experience changes the perception.
