★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tarifas y buenos aviones, el proceso de documentación es muy lento por lo que debes llegar con anticipación, cuentan con poco personal en mostradores y son las mismas personas que te atienden en el abordaje de ahí que las filas se hacen grandes y con gran demora en tiempo y cómo las demás aerolíneas también avientan las maletas. En uno de los viajes anunciaron una demora de cuatro horas y nadie de la aerolínea daba aviso alguno, el retraso fue de más de cinco horas.
