★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst airline in Mexico. Their systems never work, their flights are always late and their staff are rude. I would never recommend using this airline. They also charge just to be able to check in online- even then, you get one chance to “print” the tickets (who has printers anymore?) and then the tickets disappear and you have to wait in line at the airport. All around terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE AWARE!!!! The worst and not exaggerating but the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airline. Flight was pushed back 2hrs and gate was changed but no one could tell you to which gate it was changed to. Then flight gets cancelled and they once again can’t give exact or correct instructions about where to go next. We spent 11 hours at the airport today and didn’t get to the hotel til 1am. Our flight leaves at 7. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THID AIRLINE. CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience arrived To my destination to Mexico City and my Luggage was missing. Filed a complaint and all I got was the runaround, they said my suitcase was left behind and never got put on the Airplane. They made up stories from the beginning said it would be put in the next flight and then the next day they said there are no flights coming this way it’s been six days already and it’s all the same thing over and over !!!

They will find how to charge more money from you.
And when they find will manipulate you to pay by calling your name as last call to departure with is not true.
Can’t believe this is an airline, more like gang.
Do your self a favor, book somewhere else you will pay less at last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company. DO NOT FLY WITH! Booked flight a couple months ago. Get to the airport, they’ve overbooked their flights by 16 people, not just ours, all day! We argued, watched each person near us do the same, people were missing international connection flights because of the company’s horrible operations. I WILL NEVER FLY THEM AGAIN. Now I’m wasting an entire day waiting in an airport to maybe get on another flight.
Don’t worry give aerobus, I didn’t have anything I was planning on doing during my vacation, hanging out in an airport is much better than getting to my family’s celebration.
Oh, and I took a video of people getting screwed over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flight always delayed. Every single one. No communication. At least communicate so I can book a lounge. Very frustrating. I dread flying with this company because it’s always delayed. Just miserable. This is the last time I fly with this airline. I should charge them my hourly rate for wasting my time.
