J	Jose Chavez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal del bienestar jugando no haciendo su trabajo mal informados mencionaron que no podía vacunarse necesito cita le pedí que me dejarán preguntar más adentro de las instalaciones del auditorio y dieron en una lugar que sacará en la internet para sacar la orden que en las afueras de auditorio lo hacían por 15 pesos entonces diciendo que no se podía y las noticias mal informados The welfare staff playing, not doing their job, misinformed, they mentioned that I couldn't get vaccinated, I need an appointment, I asked them to let me ask more inside the auditorium facilities and they found a place that they will get on the internet to get the order that is on the outskirts of auditorium they did it for 15 pesos then saying that it was not possible and the misinformed news

B	Brandon Bettes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to NOT let them check your bags regardless of what they say. The overhead bins are more than capable of storing a normal size carry on. They make it sound like they don’t have the capacity but they do. So on top of wasting $80 to check bags, the Vivaaerobus employees decided to help themselves to my bag and take my new sunglasses on the Mx City to Puerto Vallarta flight. So lame won’t be using this airline again.

V	Vadim Weinig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flew from Mexico City to Cancun & arrived with a speaker missing from my luggage which had been tampered with. Took insurance but airline says they couldn’t take responsibility… Had to cancel another ticket and also insured and still didn’t get a refund because apparently my doctor’s letter wasn’t sufficient…
