★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un boleto pero no me asignaron boleto. Luego me volvieron a cobrar por asignarlo y además cobrar por una maleta de 15 kilos 500.00. y estando ahí te dicen que si quieres pasar VIP son 150.00 . Muy mala sus ventas de boletos. Puras sorpresas se lleva uno.
I bought a ticket but I was not assigned a ticket. Then they charged me again for assigning it and also charge for a suitcase of 15 kilos 500.00. and being there they tell you that if you want to spend VIP it is 150.00. Very bad your ticket sales. Pure surprises takes one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la peor aerolínea para viajar, cancelaron mi vuelo tuve que hacer mis propias llamadas para poder cambiar mi boleto porque las fechas que me habían asignado eran muchos días después, tardaron 8 horas para asignarnos hotel donde se supone nos darían alimentos y realmente nada, nos traen de llamada en llamada y ninguna solución, realmente no vuelvo a volar con Viva Aerobus.
Terrible service, the worst airline to travel to, they canceled my flight I had to make my own calls to be able to change my ticket because the dates they had assigned me were many days later, it took 8 hours to assign us a hotel where they were supposed to give us food and really nothing They bring us from call to call and no solution, I really do not fly with Viva Aerobus again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fácil,rápido,barato paso de ser una de las peores a una de las mejores hablando de calidad precio, perdí un vuelo y sin problema me dieron un voucher para usarlo en mi prox vuelo, encontré uno por debajo del voucher y ahira viajaré gratis(no regresan efectivo)
Easy, fast, cheap, I went from being one of the worst to one of the best in terms of value for money, I missed a flight and without a problem they gave me a voucher to use on my next flight, I found one below the voucher and now I will travel for free ( they do not return cash)
